Our mission is for you to be completely satisfied with your product. We understand if something don’t quite work out for you and we’re here to help.

Returns and Refund

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

To start the return process please contact hello@outthere.world with the order number, proof of purchase, reason for return and photos in the case of damage or incorrect item. A team member will follow up with return instructions within 3 business days of your email request.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and safe return of the item.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and we reserve the right to limit returns.

Damages and Issues with Your Order

We will try our best, but we cannot guarantee address changes, cancellations or modifications to your order once it has been placed and processed.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delayed in transit, lost or stolen. Please reach out directly to the courier to remedy.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and we will help make it right.
